On maps where teamfights are taking place very close to lanes (Braxis, Tomb, DShire, Shrines) it's pretty good, but on maps like Hanamura/BoE/Towers/Cursed it kinda sucks. This build allows you to infinitely stack your energy capacity, so late game you can heal at least for 2k or 3k of HP, and 30% of that can be used to deal damage Every 4 seconds (CD of Ray of heaven). Lv1, 7, 10 and 16 are the most important talents.
